Yonge & York Mills Project

For this project, the goal was to create an interior space that evokes a sense of timelessness and sophistication while seamlessly incorporating the latest technology. This particular project is strategically located next to a private golf course and in proximity to many of the city’s most prestigious country clubs. This aspect of the project heavily influenced the design narrative of the residences. The entryway was designed to create a feeling of lightness and grandeur. The luxury golf simulator rooms were conceptualized to provide an intimate atmosphere where residents can golf year round. Through a harmony of classic elegance and modern amenities, the objective was to curate an experience that transcended beyond trends and appealed to an audience seeking refined luxury.
